Basketball Journey Of Dylan, A 2024 NBA Draft Prospect
Dylan, a Hendrickson High School product, became a two-time district Most Valuable Player while leading his school to back-to-back District 13-6A titles as a junior and senior.
He then went to Vanderbilt as a freshman and had a decent start. As a freshman, Disu played in 32 games and averaged 7.4 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.
During his sophomore year, he started in 17 games and received the SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year award. He also led the Southeastern Conference in rebounding and blocked shots.
He then moved back to Texas as a Junior and played in 26 games. However, he missed the first eight games due to his left knee injury, which he suffered during his last year at Vanderbilt. Later, when he returned, he reached double figures four times.
