Afterward, she moved to the capital, Washington, D.C., and enrolled at The Catholic University of America. In May 2022, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the aforementioned university.

Marcello has a step-sister, Yvanna Cancela, from his mother’s second marriage. Born in 1987 to Cuban exile parents Jose Cancela, a broadcast news executive, and Rosy Cancela, a realtor, she is 37 Years old.
Yvanna, who completed her Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law, is a Democrat. She moved to Nevada to work on Harry Reid’s campaign for the 2010 Senate election.
