Annan and his co-star, J. Alphonse Nicholson, portrayed on-screen love interest in the drama series the Starz drama series P-Valley.

In the series. Nicco portrayed a non-binary character, Uncle Clifford Sayles, who owned a strip club, The Pynk. On the other, Nicholson appeared as Lil Murda, a closeted rapper and gang member.
